Simon is the Acting Head of Distribution System Operation Transition at Electricity North West, and has worked for ENW for almost 15 years in a range of roles. He leads the work on developing and improving Common Evaluation Methodology developed through ENA’s Open Networks programme.

Chris P. Collins, Senior Manager, Baringa Partners

Chris specialises in addressing economic, regulatory, and market design issues surrounding the emergence of active Distribution System Operators (DSOs). He led Baringa’s support of the ENA in the development of the Common Evaluation Methodology (CEM), and has worked with the ENA on a range of other projects, including the development of their Whole System Cost Benefit Analysis tool and the Active Network Management Good Practice Guide.
