Xilica targets net zero emissions

Innovation company Xilica has pledged to achieve net zero emissions for its products.

The aim is for the business to become net zero across its entire global value chain – although an exact date for this aim has not been disclosed.

It will partner with Climate Neutral to cut down its emissions and offset any remaining carbon in its chain.

James Knight, COO, said: “We know that fighting climate change requires strong, coordinated action across industries and hope our own efforts will make a positive contribution to the larger movement for greater environmental responsibility.”
