Webinar: Accelerating net zero through regulatory compliance

Mehmet Olgun, Head of Net Zero Compliance, EQUANS
Mehmet has worked in the sustainability sector for over eleven years and has a wealth experience in engineering, energy and low carbon consultancy. He’s managed sustainability and compliance projects for a range of clients from retail, financial services, construction, manufacturing and educational establishments helping clients improve their efficiency, reduce their energy consumption and waste, and comply with Government mandates.
In his most recent roles, Mehmet has managed a team of consultants to deliver audits and sustainability projects covering CRC, ESOS, CCA, MGHGR, EUETS, SECR Water Scarcity, Energy Efficiency, LCA and Carbon Footprint (Scopes 1,2&3) projects. His wealth of knowledge and experience managing the end-to-end process of such projects means he is well placed to assist clients deliver against their own energy-saving objectives, and develop realistic, achievable and ambitious roadmaps to support their net zero carbon journey.
Prash Kidiyoor, Net Zero Development Director, EQUANS
Prash is an engineer by background with Masters in Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Edinburgh. He has worked in the energy and carbon industry for over 10 years both as a consultant and as a business development professional. He is passionate about making a difference to society through helping organisations deliver their net zero ambitions and believes in creating long term trusted partnerships to enable lasting positive environmental outcomes.
Prash currently leads business development activities in the Energy and Carbon Solutions Team – wholly focused on helping to create net zero strategies and pathways for clients across various sectors. He believes businesses and individuals have a responsibility to minimise their carbon footprint by reaching net zero for their own operations as well as supporting and collaborating with other organisations achieve their targets.
