Iceland keeps its carbon underground – But how?

I visited Carbfix in Reykjavík, to learn about how an Icelandic company is looking to crack the code on carbon capture in an innovative way.

Turning carbon into stone – that’s the slogan.

But how is that possible and how can it be a beneficial solution to the world’s problem of carbon emissions?

I spoke with Ólafur Teitur Guðnason to learn more about the process and why Carbfix believes it’s ahead of the game when it comes to carbon capture.
