How does finance become net zero?

“We’ve got to do it by 2050, whether we like it or not!”

That’s the view of Sophie Mason, Energy and Sustainability Lead at the Coventry Building Society, who gave an intriguing speech at the Big Zero Show, as part of the Pathway to Net Zero Sessions.

Her talk focussed on how net zero can be achieved in finance – starting from square one of understanding all of your carbon emissions and using this to develop a robust plan to implement moving forward.
