TELCA-winning firm bought out in new deal

A procurement services firm has bought a non-domestic energy consultancy.

Inprova Group, which is based in Cheshire, has acquired West Sussex business Energy & Carbon Management (E&CM), which won ELN's Consultancy of the Year award at TELCA 2017.

E&CM provides energy broker and consultancy services, such as commercial gas and electricity procurement, energy risk management and consumption measurement and analysis.

It has been purchased from its current owner for an undisclosed sum and will continue to operate under its existing brand.

Inprova says the move will strengthen its position as a Third Party Intermediary (TPI) in the non-domestic energy sector.

Paul Kennedy, Chief Executive of Inprova, said: "I have been really impressed by the culture and approach to service quality demonstrated by E&CM during the process – factors which remain crucial to success in this market."
