A total of 19 energy suppliers have issued 21 price rises and upped the UK's energy bills by £590 million so far this year.
That's according to uSwitch, which suggests the price rises have affected 11 million households by an average of £52 each and shows the average standard variable energy tariff is now £1,062, £205 more expensive than the cheapest deal on the market.
The average Big Six standard tariff now costs £1,194, £337 more expensive than the cheapest deal.
Suppliers E.ON and Bulb have each issued two price rises this year and uSwitch believes others may follow their lead.
Rik Smith, uSwitch Energy Expert, said: "Price rises have been affecting customers of both large and small energy suppliers large since the tail end of 2017 and unfortunately there seems to be no end in sight.
"I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a price rise from every energy supplier before the end of the year and maybe a second price rise from a few more - wholesale prices have simply skyrocketed over the past few months."
The Labour Party has announced plans to invest £2.3 billion annually to help UK households save more than £1 billion a year on energy bills.
