INEOS will capture CO2 from its Zwijndrecht plant to be transported through the Port of Antwerp to its Nini platform in the Danish North Sea to be permanently stored

They plan to transport CO2 from continental Europe and inject and store it in suitable reservoirs on the Norwegian Continental Shelf

It is estimated Project Greensand will have the capacity to store up to 8 million tonnes of carbon dioxide per year
