About Us

We’ve helped hundreds of sites, at organisations large and small, manage their water more easily, efficiently and effectively – saving running costs and reducing risks to interruptions.

In the last year, we’ve delivered a 34.6% average water-saving*, including at hotels, restaurants, sports clubs and council buildings. With efficiency kit cutting hot water use, it’s reducing energy use too.

2024 saw a 37% water-saving, on average daily use**, delivered – including at food and drink sector businesses, sports clubs including tennis, cricket, rugby and football grounds, a national supermarket’s sites, council sites and schools.

We’re Water Plus – the largest water retailer in the UK – providing customer service and account management, meter reading, billing, technical water services such as additional water tracking to find further opportunities, leak detection and repair and expert water efficiency information, advice, projects and audits.

* Average water-saving across 42 sites in England in 2023, tracked through water meter readings before and after water efficiency kit installed. In the pioneering large-scale project, designed and delivered by Water Plus, 200 water audits were delivered at a range of sites and sectors, including food and drink businesses, hotels, schools, sports clubs and parish council sites. The project was funded by a wholesaler, under a Green Recovery programme, that seeks out innovative and ambitious projects that can help reduce impacts on the environment and act as a blue print in the water industry.

**37% average water-saving is across 59 sites where water efficiency kit was installed in 2024. Saving based on reduction in average daily use of water, per site. The water-saving kit is expected to deliver a 9536m3 annual saving in water across 53 sites. This project, delivered by Water Plus, was funded by a wholesaler, under a Green Recovery programme.
