On June 2nd we were planning future Net Zero – The Event. This one-day conference and exhibition, was to be centred around the net zero challenge and what steps businesses and public organisations can do now, to make real change.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic we have postponed the event to next year, to keep you, our sponsors and our team safe.

Instead, we will be running a virtual event, future Net Zero Online which will run over the week 1st to 5th June.

The theme for the week’s discussions will be ‘Net Zero Reset?’ will the world post coronavirus accelerate or hinder the pathway to net zero? It’s extraordinary to see how our lives have changed in such a short time. The cost in lives has been tragically high but it’s undeniable that if there is a positive to be found, it is the environmental benefits the global lockdown has brought. But will the economic shockwave post the crisis focus minds more or make investment in net zero harder?

We will have thought leadership sessions from our founding partner companies and showcase current examples, best practice and technological solutions from other exhibitors. There will be the chance to understand the legal and behavioural complexities of the 2050 target, with a range of speakers to explore these topics and much, much more.

We will be running video sessions and webinars using technology such as BrightTalk and it will be very easy to register for individual sessions. All sessions will be free to attend. Please join us.

Let us prove Better Business leads to a Better Planet.

In this webinar, David Higgins will discuss the impact of the pandemic on large businesses and how Ignite Energy have been working with them to ensure energy costs are kept to a minimum whilst stores are closed.
