“People say cybercrime is soft crime or it’s victimless – but if you’ve set up a business you are investing your heart, your soul, your mind, your blood, sweat and tears.

“If somebody takes away not only your livelihood but maybe the two or three people that work with you – and you’re totally without a penny coming in, the impact of that on people’s families, poverty and their wellbeing is absolutely enormous.”
