Europe bags 16k new EV chargers

A new partnership will see 16,000 new electric vehicle (EV) chargers installed across Europe.

Charging aggregator Bonnet has partnered with Enel X Way – Italy’s largest network – to add the new chargers to its app in more than 7,000 locations.

By adding Enel X Way to the app, the company has stated that 90,000 connections in Europe will now be available to its EV drivers.

Real-time data on the availability of these chargers, as well as location will be made available to users – to ensure time is not wasted on the road.

Bonnet CEO Patrick Reich said: “We are incredibly excited to add Enel X Way to our app and work with them to further electrify Europe. This announcement also marks an exciting moment for Bonnet as we further accelerate our offer of being the easiest and most affordable way to recharge a car or van in Europe.”
