The Big Zero Show, what a success it was!

Last night, future Net Zero hosted the UK’s biggest one-day business net zero event at Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry.

We were thrilled to see so many of you there and we hope you enjoyed the fantastic day of thought leading sessions, networking and meeting our exhibitors.

We welcomed more than 700 people from across all business sectors and the energy community who listened to a range of keynote speakers covering innovative approaches to solve the biggest challenges towards net zero.

We kicked the day off with future Net Zero Founder Sumit Bose giving the audience a flavour of what to expect in the day. and his vision of the state of net zero in the current energy crisis.

In a video-recorded message Business Secretary addressed delegates updating them on the progress, the government is doing in delivering its green targets. He also stressed the government's commitment to the target of 2050.

A series of big zero lectures sponsored by eEnergy showcased industry leaders including Shell Energy, Schneider Electric, Centrica,  Talk Talk, Octopus, Tesco and many many more. The audience heard from local authorities and innovative SMEs.

Pathway to Net Zero Talks in our breakout areas, centered around six themes vital to net zero ambitions - carbon reduction, data and carbon management, electric vehicles and storage, renewables, carbon net zero and financing net zero.

Sponsored by Optima Technology, Net Zero Heroes were also there to pass on their hacks, tips, advice and experience to help delegates move forward on their net zero journey.

They offered great insights on how technologies can be used to help businesses accelerate their decarbonisation plans.

We also had lots of people joining Network Net Zero the community we are building for supporting businesses on the path to 2050.

Finally, many great conversations were had exploring how our Carbon AAA program, can make a real difference, cost effectively, right now.

Most of all it was a day of great face to face conversations, laughter and networking!
