Net Hero Podcast – retrofit homes fit for the future!

The podcast this week investigates the cost benefit for retrofitting housing stock using new materials, as demonstrated by a unique housing project run by Nottingham Council.

They have transformed a row of leaky, damp and decrepit council houses into almost net zero homes, with new heating, solar, lighting and insulation. Is this the real trick for net zero ambition? Finding a way to fund such work is challenging but is it still cheaper than pulling down and rebuilding?
