I’ve featured so many stories on batteries here on the Net Hero Podcast so it takes something to get me interested. However the work Charlie Welch and his team at ZapBatt based in California is doing did make me take notice.

They’re working on using a type of battery that lasts longer, holds more charge and importantly can be reused for far far longer so it causes less environmental damage in terms of having to re-mine the precious metals and minerals.

Listen in – could it be the future? Finally we have hit 8.5K downloads so that’s great thanks again for supporting the podcast! Please subscribe and share with friends and colleagues.
