How can the Eiffel Tower fight climate change?

We marvel at the beauty of the world’s historical monuments and buildings – but some of them take a lot of energy to keep running.

How can we ensure that these pieces of history can come with us on the journey to a more sustainable future?

This week, I spoke with Dr Jean De Bernardi, Technical Team Lead at Honeywell, to understand how the company is coming up with solutions to make the Eiffel Tower more energy efficient.

He explains how refrigerants are a key component in keeping the heat down, as tourists flock to the tower.
