Aston Martin has partnered with Britishvolt to develop new electric vehicle (EV) battery technologies.
The announcement strengthens Aston Martin’s desire to launch its first EV in 2025.
Britishvolt will test its battery technology within the luxury car maker’s various models, with a specific aim of developing batteries suited to high performance cars.
Tobias Moers, Aston Martin Lagonda CEO, said: “This partnership provides Aston Martin with additional access to technology and skills to broaden our electrification options.
