Bridgestone partners with EVBox to install 3,500 EV chargers

Tyre company Bridgestone has partnered with EVBox to install up to 3,500 electric vehicle (EV) charging points across Europe.

EVBox will install the chargers across Bridgestone’s European retail and service network in France, Italy, the UK, Germany, Poland, Spain and more.

The chargers will be made available to all EV drivers, both private and fleet vehicles, with fast-charging options installed on routes of high demand.

TSG will be working alongside EVBox to design and maintain the chargers.

All 3,500 new charging points will be accessible through one app to make charging a swift and easy process for all drivers.

Christophe de Valroger, VP Retail Operations at Bridgestone, said: “Through this partnership we will be supporting the much-needed expansion of Europe’s charging infrastructure and providing EV drivers and fleet operators with the convenience and efficiency they demand.”
