future Net Zero Founder Sumit Bose spoke with Nikki Flanders, Managing Director of Energy Customer Solutions at SSE about the company’s new customer brand ‘SSE Energy Solutions’.

The rebrand will bring the separate parts of SSE together to form a one-stop shop, aimed at providing as much help to its customers as possible.

Ms Flanders commented: “Our customers in one place will be able to access the full breadth of our offering.

“From July, any customer that signs up for a fixed contract with us will automatically be provided with our renewable energy from our UK wind farms.

“It really does give that single point of entry for any customer to actually look at the challenge that they’re trying to solve at that point in time – is it renewable energy, is it efficiency in terms of data platforms, is it virtual power plants or is it really large projects like smart cities? They can have a look at all of the offerings we have in one place.”
