Autoliv targets carbon-neutrality in its operations by 2030

The automotive safety systems supplier is also aiming for net zero carbon emissions across its supply chain by 2040

Automotive safety systems supplier Autoliv has announced its ambition to become carbon-neutral in its own operations by 2030.

The company is also targeting net zero carbon emissions across its supply chain by 2040 and committing to the Science Based Targets initiative.

Autoliv is working towards a number of initiatives, including using renewable electricity in its own as well as supplier operations and low carbon logistics.

In addition, its ongoing abatement strategy includes the use of energy efficient and low carbon materials.
