Keysight Technologies targets net zero emissions by 2040

Keysight Technologies has announced its commitment to achieve net zero emissions in its operations by 2040.

Its strategy focuses on achieving net zero emissions through energy efficiency and conservation, investment in renewable energy and selective purchase of certified offsets to neutralise any residual emissions.

It also intends to invest in a mix of onsite renewable energy installations including solar and wind, procurement of green energy from utility providers and power purchase agreements (PPAs).

Keysight has committed to 55% renewable energy and 10% energy reduction through efficiency and conservation initiatives by 2030 and 100% renewable energy and 20% energy reduction by 2040, based on the 2019 baseline.

In addition, its sustainably developed solutions and services are expected to enable its customers to meet their own climate goals.
