Energy experts win major connection contract with Telford Homes in Beckton

UK Power Networks Services announced today that it has successfully won a contract with Telford Homes, one of London’s largest residential developers, to connect their new development in Beckton to the local electricity network

Telford Homes’ Gallions Point development will deliver 267 new homes to the East London area and UK Power Networks Services will draw on the expertise and experience of their teams who work on the electricity networks at nearby Canary Wharf, London City Airport and on the DLR.

The energy infrastructure company is National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) accredited and will deliver work including cable laying, diversion and reinforcement of circuits or substations, overhead power line installation, substation installation, service terminations and low voltage and 11kV connections to the main electricity network.
