Jacobs hits target to reach net zero across its operations and business travel in 2020

Jacobs has hit its target to reach net zero across its operations and business travel in 2020.

The engineering firm has also successfully transitioned to 100% renewable energy for its operations this year and has had its newly-published scope 3 emissions reduction targets approved by the Science Based Target Initiative.

Jacobs Chair and CEO Steve Demetriou said: “Reaching our goal to become carbon neutral is a major step in improving the way we run our operations at Jacobs.
