The AA is set to deploy a dedicated electric vehicle (EV) support service as a response to increased demand.
It has already deployed a support package across the SWARCO E.Connect UK EV charging network and will now roll out a similar offering for several other operators in the domestic, workplace and public charging environments.
As well as providing EV drivers with phone-based support, it is also exploring options to send out field-based technicians to maintain the UK’s ever-growing EV infrastructure.
