Gemserv’s response to improving the consumer experience of using Chargepoints
Gemserv is keen to support the transition to electric vehicles. Meeting and exceeding consumer expectations for EV charging is at the core for a successful transition to electric vehicles. We must empower the consumer to embrace the opportunities that arise with the arrival of new technologies as EVs become the norm.
Understanding consumer behavioural change will be key in supporting the consumer with standards and best practice that will delivery interoperability and consumer satisfaction.
