Lorcan Anglin, Head of Solutions, Inenco
Industry experience: 34 years
Responsibilities:
Lorcan has an excellent understanding of the identification and delivery of energy reduction. This understanding extends to the development of energy strategies and other utilities plus the various technologies available for energy savings and self-generation of energy. Lorcan leads his team of 27 engineers and analysts to provide advice on many aspects of energy and water cost management, metering and verification and demand side response schemes to ensure implementation of utility cost reduction measures.
Experience:
Lorcan has a degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester (Institute of Science and Technology). He started at Inenco in 2014, having previously run energy intensive companies. Lorcan and his team have been implementing strategies for energy efficiency and renewables solutions for significant parts of the NHS property portfolio over many years. Lorcan is a Chartered Energy Engineer, Chartered Energy Manager and Lead Assessor for ESOS Compliance.
Mark Winn, Lead Consultant Public Sector, Inenco
Industry experience: 6 years
Responsibilities:
Mark’s principal role is to identify client’s requirements and match them with energy procurement & management, OJEU compliant and energy efficiency solutions. Notably, Mark has executed a similar role to that required for City, University of London for the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. Mark has a detailed understanding of energy procurement risk management techniques; knowledge of invoice validation and the potential opportunities; and understanding of EU directives on public procurement.
Experience:
Mark has over 6 years’ energy industry experience, primarily spent working with education organisations (academy groups, further education colleges and universities) but also with NHS trusts, social housing providers and local authorities.
