Role Specification

Managing Wholesaler relationship and performance, including dispute resolution and SLA performance, across Water Plus team, Wholesalers, and MOSL
Work closely with the regulations team on market codes, wholesaler policies and contract changes
Ensuring internal governance is in place to manage Wholesaler and Market performance
Escalation point for internal stakeholders. Working closely with internal stakeholder to address Wholesaler performance issues
Provide expert advice on Wholesale contracts and market conditions

Represent the company externally  Prepare and present performance updates to Water Plus Exco committee.
