Nicky’s aptitude for project management and senior level strategy enables her to formulate and successfully implement robust energy solutions. Her experience and understanding of both fixed and flexible energy procurement and complex energy contracts within private and public sector, enables her to support organisations in managing their risk and negotiating the best possible contract terms. She has successfully procured bespoke energy contracts for a wide range of clients including data centres, retail outlets, offices, hospitality, industrial premises, construction and telecoms.

Nicky also has significant experience in managing multi-site portfolios (sometimes upwards of 20,000 supplies), and understands the issues associated with control and risks across these kinds of energy budgets.  Nicky has also completed a large number of complex energy cost audits, and her understanding of third party charges has enabled her to identify and dispute significant supplier overcharges for her clients.
