Leading an energy procurement team responsible for the management of all of Associated British Foods UK and European energy requirements covering more than 230 sites. Including sale of electricity and associated CHP LECs, sale of ROCs, purchase of electricity, gas, coal, anthracite, heavy fuel oil, gasoil and diesel. Managing Carbon trading relating to the EU Emissions Trading Scheme, Climate Change Agreements and Carbon Reduction Commitment.

Successfully managed British Sugar’s £150M energy portfolio covering sale of electricity and associated CHP LECs, purchase of electricity, gas, heavy fuel oil and gasoil.

Managed portfolio of IT, telecoms and travel expenditure. Won support at group level and led team to implement a group wide IT product supply contract. Negotiated multi-million pound contract for implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software project.
