Haydn Young

Haydn has worked in the energy industry for 11 years for clients such as National Grid, Travis Perkins plc, Wickes, Boots, Samworth Foods and Debenhams. He leads GAIA, an energy efficiency advisory and training business serving blue chip clients and UK Government. Haydn specialises in mentoring in-house energy professionals and leading staff training programmes. Haydn's also the Head of the Energy Club network and in 2017 Haydn became Chair of the Retail Energy Forum following the passing of Bill Wright.
