It's been a couple of days since the Power Ride and the team of six are still recovering.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about - a group of middle-aged men donned lycra to take part in Ride London for two great causes.
They used their pedal power for the 100-mile race across the capital to help raise money for Parkinson's UK and our very own Re-energise Nepal campaign.
We're raising money to help those affected by the devastating earthquake in Nepal, which killed more than 8,000 people and millions more have been affected by the broken infrastructure.
It's been over three months since the first earthquake struck (there have been more than 360 aftershocks until 31st July) - and while the rest of the world are carrying on with their daily lives and other news have taken over the headlines - those in my country are still suffering the consequences.
ELN is supporting my campaign to help make a difference and bring power to people's homes. Power to light and heat, cook food, go about their daily lives and power to bring clean water.
So if you haven't already, this is my plea to you to please donate in any way you can to help us make that difference to Re-energise Nepal.
Thank you to everyone who've supported the cause so far.
Well done to the Power Ride team and congratulations for making it to the finish line.
And last but not least, a big thank you to this year's sponsors:
