Job of the Week – Project Development Manager/ Project Engineer – McLean Ross

London
up to £55,000pa + Car Allowance + excellent benefits

McLean Ross are working with one of the UK’s largest Energy companies who are seeking Project Development Managers to lead the development of whole-building engineering solutions for business customers.

You will be expected to propose complete building energy solutions across multiple industries (Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector). This will be done via analysis, modelling and relevant Engineering experience.

Key responsibilities:
Provide technical input and due-diligence in strategic acquisitions.
Deliver Energy Audits and Investment Grade Audits.
Offer expert engineering and technical content for major bids.
Take responsibility to run tenders.

Ideally you will:
Have held a role in a similar Engineering position.
Show the ability to size/balance systems and measure flows rates.
Have a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
Be educated to degree level in an engineering field.
