At the end of 2013, Alan Aldridge, ESTA’s Executive Director, will be retiring following 15 years in which the association membership has grown by 100%, it's influence in national and international standards, government and regulation has expanded dramatically and ESTA has been established as a key partner in achieving demand-side energy savings.
