Dr Darren Perry – ELN Speaker

Darren is the Head of Energy & Carbon Management at Northamptonshire County Council.

Over the last 4 years he has designed, setup and managed a unique highly innovative business unit that provides low carbon energy services to the public sector. The services fulfil statutory requirements, make money, create local investment and is helping to tackle fuel poverty while saving millions of pounds. Success to date includes the recognition of 2 Carbon Trust Standards with 2 re-certifications.

Darren’s background is in both Industrial and property asset management he also has an engineering doctorate from the University of Manchester.
