Energy Solutions 2011, the UK's leading energy management, procurement and renewable event, sees the return of The Renewables Theatre, focusing on micro generation and sustainable power.
Taking place throughout the 11-12 October, The Renewables Theatre, Day One will offer presentations from the likes of Stuart Pocock, Technical Director at Renewable Energy Association (REA), Jaryn Bradford, Development Manager Renewables at Energy Savings Trust and Steve Lee, Chief Executive, Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), amongst many others.
The keynote session, Delivering Renewable Energy, presented by Simon Roberts, Chief Executive of the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE), will address the role for renewables in meeting the twin challenges of rising energy costs and climate change; improving renewable energy planning, development and deployment; addressing the urgent need to accelerate the development and deployment of low-carbon technologies and the policies required to ensure renewables play a growing role in the UK's energy mix.
Those that attend The Renewables Theatre will benefit from a series of dedicated seminars sessions providing expert opinion and advice on the challenges and issues relating to onsite renewable energy generation.
