powerPerfector, the company that introduced Voltage Power Optimisation to make energy,cost and carbon savings by efficiently optimising a site's supply voltage, has come second in the Sunday Times' Profit track 100.
The Sunday Times Profit Track 100 league table ranks Britain's 100 private companies with the fastest-growing profits, based on their latest 3 years of available accounts.
powerPerfector came second, with profits growing 157% a year from £674,000 in 2006 to £11.5m in 2009 losing out to frozen desert company, R&R Ice Cream.
Angus Robertson, CEO said: "Every day, our clients are saving a combined £100,000 and 560,000kg of carbon dioxide, whilst reducing their business continuity risk by improving the quality of their power supply."
VPO optimises a company's voltage and makes electrical equipment run moreefficiently and consume less energy.
