With over 300 clients and revenues of £3.7m, Puresep gives Amplio Filtration a solid foothold in the UK market. Formed in 2002, Puresep Holdings owns Puresep Water Technologies and Puresep Filtration Technologies.
Puresep Filtration, based in Ledbury, Herefordshire, has over 300 customers, including Heinken, Diageo and Britvic. Puresep Water, headquartered in Louth, Lincolnshire, provides a range of water treatment technologies from water softening to the production of ultra pure water for critical process applications.
Amplio Group founder Riccardo Segat said: “Amplio Filtrations looks forward to building on our success already achieved in the US by further consolidation and maximizing potentially significant cross-selling opportunities between US and UK water investments to develop a global, integrated business of scale”.
Puresep Holdings managing director Vince Payne said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Puresep. We are delighted with the new relationship which enables further expansion of our technology and service business model”.
