Solar rooftop systems are to power three of Aviva Insurance's sites in the UK.
They will help the company save energy and carbon emissions as well as cut costs.
The solar panels, which will generate 445,000kWh of electricity per year, are located at Aviva's offices in Perth in Scotland and Norwich and Bristol in England.
Solarcentury installed the three systems and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of them for the next 10 years.
Lee Preston, Group Carbon and Utilities Manager at Aviva Insurance said: “We’re committed to understanding the organisational environmental impact and are now working hard to reduce it, through a range of initiatives that will help us to reduce our carbon emissions by 40% by 2050.
"We hope that by 2025, all electricity we use will be from 100% renewable sources."
Earlier this year, Lightsource installed the biggest floating solar farm in Europe at the Queen Elizabeth II reservoir in Greater London.
